Amortization Schedule

For this calculator all you need to do is put in the principal, or starting loan amount, interest rate as a percentage, i.e. 7.0 not .07, and then finally the term in years. Then put in whether you want to see the results monthly or yearly, and finally select the starting month and year for the loan. When you are done press the Amortize My Loan button, and your amortization schedule will come up.
